The review is set up as a five page survey. On the first page, we'll ask for: your name (you can use your real name or a pseudonym); information about the campground you want to review; and when you stayed there (you're welcome to write about years past).
Pages 2-4 ask for some short answer comments (4 short answers per page; total of 12) about different aspects of the campground. Please answer as many of these as you can since these responses allow for the most straightforward comparisons between campground for our readers.
The last page (5) allows you to write whatever you want about the subject of your review.
When you click the 'done' button at the end of page 5, your browser will go to a thank you page on survey monkey's website.
